EDCI 535: Leadership
Fall 2013
As this course is still in progress at the time of writing, I will impart what I have learned so far. Leadership is not necessarily something one asks for. If it is given to you, it does not necessarily mean that you are a leader. Leadership means taking on things that perhaps no one else wants to do. It takes years of building trust, relationships, and a firm foundation to make a leader. You have to earn the true title of a leader and use your influence wisely to encourage others to buy into your vision. Know your limitations and work with those who can further your goals.
